Hello everyone,
I have to be grateful for @derangedvisions initiative with the Photo Lovers community contest, it's a great idea to be able to remember the best moments of 2021, and moreover to be able to expose the story behind those photos.
The year 2021, taking into account the rather restrictive pandemic situation at certain times of the year, was a very good year in terms of moments captured and photographed, I can't complain about the technology that helps me capture the best moments, but there is always room for improvement.
I can't help but thank all the communities I belong to for the opportunity they have given me by supporting me and allowing me to show the whole world a part of my life and at the same time to meet new people, customs, cultures, for all this I bow to you.
In conclusion, 2021 was an amazing year, although with many restrictions I managed to travel a lot, I saw many beautiful destinations I went through panic moments, through many covid tests, but in the end traveling and photography are part of my life and I take every decision.
We can see in the picture the Merry Cemetery in Săpânța, Maramureș area, a special place, although it is a cemetery it attracts thousands and thousands of tourists every year because here death is seen with different eyes.
The Merry Cemetery is a unique place in the world.
Have you ever been to a fairyland?
This place is the ideal place where you can dream with your eyes open, this is Castelul de lut "Valea Zânelor"(Clay castle "Fairy Valley".
The most imposing building in Romania, Casa Poporului(the People's House), from Bucharest, was built during the communist regime and plays an important role in the political life of Romania.
The photo is taken in a fairytale place called I Giardini Di Zoe, all the work and imagination of an Italian was done for Zoe's granddaughter, today this imposing garden is visited by thousands of tourists.
This is my favourite photo, it was taken for my birthday celebration in Venice Italy this year in December.
This is the symbol of the largest port in Romania, the Casino on the seafront of the Black Sea in Constanta.
A snapshot taken in Poland on the way to Auschwitz, seeing the colours and the sunrise I couldn't resist taking a picture.
The face of Decebalus, an art work made of stone on the rocky bank of the Danube, framed in a dream landscape with a height of 55m.
The TransAlpina panorama offers a mix between adventure and alpine landscape.This is the highest road from Romania.
The picture shows the Transfagarasan, the road that climbs up to the Balea Lake chalet, a unique chalet because it is built on the surface of a volcanic lake, a picture that leaves you speechless.
Lake Balaton in Hungary, you can simply see the joy of the birds letting themselves be carried away by the wind.

The best adventure I ever had in my life was rowing in a cave under the town of Tapolca in Hungary.
And in the last of the thousands of photos taken this year I chose to leave the Hungarian Parliament building, an imposing building that deserves to be visited at least once in a lifetime.

Congratulations, very nice selection. The cave in Tapolca in Hungary is amazing! But I also like Venice and the mountain Road very much. Stay healthy and have some nice days for christmas these next days!
