This reminds me of when my parents had a field years ago where they also raised rabbits. They never had pigs because they said it was too much work. Otherwise, they had goats and lots of chickens. At that time, they certainly lived peacefully in that place, in harmony with the animals. Cheers!

I can understand why they decided not to have pigs. Their care means a lot of work, hard work. It's fun to visit them, but when you need to take care of them, it's a different story.
Rabbits maybe are easier to care for.
