For me, photography has multiple interpretations that encompass various areas of our daily lives, from art and journalism to science, architecture, and other facets. In my case, I don't see it as something artistic, but rather something more physical and documentary. I try to capture, in a way, the routine of the street, the details, and anything that might generate visual interest. I focus a lot on finding interest in simple things, like a little girl lost in the street, just as we see in one of these images, or the meaning I can give to the image of a child and his father, which can be interpreted as fatherhood, care, humanity, or love. In short, there are many interpretations we can give it.

While other photos I relate to more aesthetically, like the colors of a beautiful flower, or the contrast of a dark hallway that I interpret as a certain decay of that place—everything I'm saying is captured here—I also show an image of a small droplet reflected by the building. This relates to the aesthetics and perspective one can have in photographs.

For me, all of this is a universe; it's what photography allows us to capture all forms of life and everything that has been created, like nature in its harmonious forms, or, for example, the creation of architecture by humankind, which has always left its mark on the world with its great buildings.

All photographs are my own work.
