That's true, dear @reidenling90! Thank you! Sorry for not answering for so long - had a busy time of transition from Laos back to Thailand - preparing docs and getting Thai visa (worried a lot), buses... And here we are, I am back in Bangkok 🙂

Good for mental health

It's good to change the environment, like, to leave the city and spend some time in the countryside. But being in the rural areas in Laos can be bad for mental health too if you are too long there 😁: monotonous and tasteless food in restaurants, unpredictable dogs everywhere, dirt on the streets and again dirt. They had just one tiny bakery in the tiny Lao town where I stayed so I used to eat the same bun (nice one!) every day for 30 days! 😄
