I found a website for a church called Saint John the Evangelist.

The site says that it is an Anglican Church in Saskatoon, SK and is the center of the diocese of Saskatoon which split from the Dioceses of Saskatchewan in 1933.
The Anglican Church split from the Catholic Church in the days of King Henry VIII. It appears that the church kept the same administrative structure with diocese and parishes.
The Anglican Church in the United States changed its name to the Episcopal Church after the US Revolution.
