RE: Reflecting on this and that

Ah yes nothing like a virtual trip to the water to wash away the negative experience of someone having a tough time doing their job.

We do marketing for a pizza place that was purchased from someone who let service and quality slide previously. We had to communicate that it was under all new ownership with a passion on becoming the best. When business ramps up, especially in a commodity with competition, a call back in is an opportunity to lock in a customer with good service. It is a call for help that you can simply make better in one fell swoop and should! They completely dropped the ball on this and it is a shame. They will later blame their business problems on staff shortages or some shit when they blew it themselves likely with other customers as well.

Once you find the place that cares for you properly, you will be inspired to post pizza pics maybe!

We do generally really like the pizzas from there so I am debating giving them anther chance and stating clearly and multiple times no sauce LOL or trying another local one that I checked out online and has godo reviewsd

Yeah you make a good point about the importance of customer service
