It's the same with other games here.
I'm leaving dCity at the moment. That's the game which brought me to Hive.
I think it's a tokenomics problem. When I started playing dCity, the SIM value was much higher, and I probably lost most of my initial investment. Fortunately, I invested nothing in Rising Star, as the Starbits followed the same path. At the moment, it has almost no value.
Considering there is no such thing as free money, I guess in the end all the games will see a decrease in players because of the plummeting value of the tokens.
Yet, Rising Star introduced an interesting counterbalance with the Starpro. It's hard to get, and is the only currency to buy some specific stuff, and for the moment, its value stays stable, and even seems to increase.

Thanks for commenting. I haven't checked the status of the other games in the chain, so I wasn't aware of this issue.
Now that you mention it, it makes me think it's a trend across all games—I'm referring to this issue of reducing participants.
