Getting Into Top 60 ~ Slow Grinding

Hello Buskeria Citizens

I am back again with my Rising Star Post. It's been almost two months since my last post, this year is definitely one of the hardest years I have to face. Many things in real worlds have made me unable to play game as I have used too.

Although I do not write Rising Star Game posts as often as I have done in the past, it doesn't mean I do not care about this game as I am used to be. I keep playing this game with all the limitation I have, and in silent... I keep grinding as best as I could.

As I write this post, I have managed to breach into top 60 position. I am not rank 56 right now, and I have been in top 60 in the last few days. So I can say with confident that I have nailed it, it's a stable scoring and I would not be easily thrown out from top 60.

Getting into top 60 is not a one day work for me. I could do that, by spending massive HIVE in buying bulk cards, but that would kill the fun. Well for me it does, I do not know how you perceive that. Disagreement on this is welcomed, as people play this game with different goals and approaches.

The next thing I should do and actually I have been doing that is maintaining my position. Recently I keep buying some cards, especially the uniques and the one with high IM (income modifier). Today I will share another way, which I love and have shared it several times.

Hunting the Legendaries!

In the past, this is one of the best way to push up your rank quickly. However since the last calculation was implemented, you know the current one that has more than 80% on unique cards, getting legendaries have been less effective. It is the main reason I haven't done it in a while.

Today I will do this again, to maintain my position and not only that, it is more like for the fun. I see the number of white cards in my stash, it means more Legendaries released but I haven't got any of them anymore. So even I know well this is not the most efficient and effective way to strengthen my rank, it is still do able and nothing wrong in doing it anyway.

Today I choose this L84 Timmy Papyrus as my Legendary purchase. This card is good for leaderboard rank, regarding it has 300 IM (income modifier). Price wise , it is only 2.300.000 STARBITS, I think that's around half a dollar.

Well this game is not generating income like it has done in the past however spending one dollar is not making me a beggar. I have decided to get this card, and I am considering to buy one Legendary card per month. I think it is a nice idea too, atleast I could be a more positive contributor in the Rising Star Game ecosystem.

Next month I hope I could update my rank with a good result, getting into top 55. It is very hard regarding I spend small in this game and relying much on my own grinding. But it would be awesome if I could achieve that.

That's all I could update today. I still have cloudflare problem so I could not access any @mateodm03 website to get more detailed stats for this account.

THE PACKS OPENING

I do not wish to share some sad story here, so let me try to deliver here in a more happy way lol.

I have a promise that everytime I write a post, I will open at least 10 packs. I want to help the card circulation regarding less and less people opening packs. However recently Hive Engine has been wonky and as we can see above, packs opening is closed at the moment to prevent more problems.

So today I have to break that promise, however it is not breaking a promise. I will open more packs in my next post, let say I will carry this one as a debt I will pay later.
