I play about the same way you do, except taking profit out. I wanted to be in the top 100 before that, but looks like it's very difficult, and I might do the same as you and take something out regularly.
Seems I made a little jump in the ranking yesterday. Probably I will be even a bit better tomorrow since I just bought 12 packs of the new collection ;-)
