I'm doing the same, staking my Starbits on Records and in the VFT pool. At the moment the return from the records is sightly better but it's limited by the number of records available. As I compound into the VFT pool the returns will, presumably, get better there.
It's all new at the moment so I'm just playing around and seeing what works best.
