Friend I put it in a simpler way to understand, if you create bills every day but you see that in the foreign exchange market they do not have much or circulation, what would your prediction be: go up or down?
I get it - just means there is not much demand, but not that no one is buying. But this might just boil down to the interpretation of your words, not the idea you are trying to bring across. The words you chose are probably not the best to describe the situation. But yes you are right in what you are trying to say.
