I did this art on Procreate. I did sketch like skeleton with 6B pencil as first. And make clean line and fill flat color for base. In here I did this art by very roughtly drawing.

And I did shadow and highlight lays for more details for character by shadow and highlight layers. In these process, I need to take more time for more details. Some of my drawing process are following,
