I love the look and taste of oysters. This makes me want to get some mint and make this with oyster mushrooms. I need to find oysters though. Looks like you have gotten fresh ones. How awesome is that.

Mint is so useful and aromatic, I love it. 😌🍀 But when cooking with it be careful not to add too much of it, as it's so aromatic it can quickly overtake the taste. Mint is also very decorative plant.
I grew oyster mushrooms using a straw. I got the spores from a friend. 💚😊
It's also possible to grow mushrooms if living in a small flat. Thanks to psychedelic mushrooms growers that figured out how to do it in small sterile boxes, you can grow almost any edible mushrooms you can imagine! You can simply order it on the internet...🤗😌💚
Thanks for the tip. I just may do that if I can make space. I am obsessed with mushrooms.
