Remember that it is x quantity of light per square feet. and also so many watts per square feet.
So figure that out and ye will know how much light you really need. to much light and it may cause your plants to not grow to its full potential but you probably already know this so excuse my ignorance to your own knowledge of the matter. regardless, "el correo electronico"(email) is there if you need it.
Dude your spot on! I myself do not know the exact details on these type of things, it really can get complicated. I think when it does come to growing cannabis is the PAR levels. Migro is one of the best in the game. Not only do they sale a great light, but they review all lights on the market, check out their youtube page here. Most company's actually claim their lights are good for a bigger space then what they actually are.
Most plant leaves do their best with sunlight between 3,000 and 4,000 lumens per square foot. So the question is, how many light lumens do you need for indoor plant farms?
A standard 100w lightbulb will give you 1300 lumens.
question are you going to use led grow lights or the ones with the uhm,... gases...? unfortunatly I am having a mind block and I AM NOT going to search it up. need to focus on remembering something I know for sure.
anyways...
Here is a post from hightimes about light lumens. it is worth a read.

I’ll be getting LED. The good lights have the new Samsung chips which produce 220 lumens per wattI’ll be looking to get the migro 8which is 480 watts and it has a even spread all around. So I will be working with 105,600 lumans. There are better lights, but the Migro the best light in the 600$ range.
