What a place to work in touch with Nature!
That's pretty good when you can farm from a distance. I remember my first experience with plantains. I was in the grocery store and saw these huge organic bananas so I bought a bunch to munch on while I was going out for a fish. NOT COOL! Fuck them fake bananas.
A guy in Key West talked me into some plantain nachos, years later, and I have to say they are far better fried than raw as a snack.
Yeah you're supposed to cook them...
