To put it simply: You've gotta grow a cannabis plant in a 5-gallon container and share its progress so you can get support from various curators of Weedcash. I haven't contributed, sadly.
Yeah as @esechole was saying, You get a 5-gallon pot and grow, It's an ongoing challenge.
