The title pretty much says it all. This is nothing like the Canada I grew up in 30 years ago. In 2020, we're running low on food, but spending precious resources prohibiting a plant that produces ALL the essential amino acids AND fats humans require!

A few months ago if you told people in Canada there would be food shortages by summer they would have laughed in your face. This is unprecedented.
It's so upsetting to see cannabis, which is a potential treatment for coronavirus, being prohibited right now. We can't afford to lock people up for plants anymore!!
And the government is not planning to do anything about it yet?
