This is what loonatic asked for, so I coded it.

There are many ways to handle this.
The 24h limit is the easiest solution.

On the other hand, we should at least try to make this service pay for itself.
So money coming in via transfer would not be bad for a start...

I recommend, you play around with the bot for a while, then come up with the exact procedure you want me to code the bot with.
