RE: Growing cabinet under test / Cabina de cultivo en pruebas

Yes, I think that with LEDs you can better adjust the light spectrum needed by the plants, but it is only an opinion. Besides the difference in energy consumption.

Sort:

Actually no it's not opinion it's total fact.

The reason why you can't use certain kind of halide lights...

You are completely and totally correct. It is wavelength and spectrum.

That is absolutely the biggest one ever. I was doing some tests between the color corrected metal halide as well as the high pressure sodium with extra red and nearly double the lumens.

Shear power of light has nothing to do with it. I had plans growing sideways trying to get to the color corrected metal halide. Let's just say they were not impressed. After I switched to completely using color corrected metal halide bulbs. There wasn't anything I could screw up too badly and still produce super top quality cannabis for medical patients.

Little bit of silica and good food as well as the proper wavelength and you are a phenomenal grower.

Thanks so much mate. The day they decriminalize it and we don't have to hide to do what we love the most will be a great day.
