Hello friends of the WeedCash community, how are you? It's my first time posting here. I was really unaware of the existence of this marijuana community here on hive, I am happy to have found it because I am very interested in the subject of self-cultivation and personal consumption. I am from Argentina, where very recently self-cultivation was decriminalized! Anyway, a couple of weeks ago I was visiting a friend's house in the mountains, I'm not really a person who smokes a lot, only on social occasions, but my friend smokes a lot and I'm a pastry chef, so we clearly had to we had to put both qualities together and cook a brownie.

Realmente desconocía de la existencia de ésta comunidad de marihuana aquí en hive, estoy feliz de haberla encontrado porque me interesa mucho el tema del autocultivo y consumo personal. Yo soy de Argentina, donde hace muy poco se despenalizó el autocultivo! en fin, hace un par de semanas estuve de visita en casa de un amigo en la montaña, yo no soy una persona que fume mucho realmente, solo en ocaciones sociales, pero mi amigo fuma bastante y yo soy pastelera asi que, tuvimos que claramente tuvimos que juntar ambas cualidades y cocinar un brownie.
The first thing we did was prepare the butter with cannabis, for this we put 300g of butter and 3/4g of weed in a dry container, put it in a pot with water to make a water bath and cook for 30 minutes, being careful that do not get water into the bowl with butter.
Lo primero que hicimos fue preparar la manteca con cannabis, para ello colocamos en un recipiente seco 300gr de manteca y 3/4 gr de maria, colocamos en una olla con agua para realizar un baño maria y cocinamos por 30 minutos, siendo cuidadosos de que no ingrese agua al cuenco con manteca.
After 30/40 minutes, we filter the cannabis butter, separating the flowers from the fat with a strainer and discarding the buds. This butter once cold can be used for all kinds of preparation, you can even make some toast with cannabis butter to accompany your coffee if you want, but in this case we use the 300g to make this recipe.
Pasados los 30/40 minutos filtramos la manteca cannabica separando las flores de la materia grasa con un colador y desechando los cogollos. Ésta manteca una vez fria puede utilizarse para todo tipo de preparacion, incluso puedes hacerte unas tostadas con manteca cannabica para acompañar tu café si así lo quieres, pero en éste caso utilizamos los 300gr para realizar ésta receta.
Making a brownie is not very difficult, you just add the ingredients and mix them, no beating or anything. So we will add 80 grams of cocoa to the butter along with 250 grams of sugar. We mix and add 4 eggs one by one to prevent it from generating air and bubbles. Then we finish by simply adding 60 grams of flour with 50 grams of nuts or peanuts.
Realizar un brownie no tiene mucha dificultad, tu solo agregas los ingredientes y los mezclas, nada de batir ni nada. Asi que a la manteca le incorporaremos 80 gramos de cacao junto con 250gr de azucar. Mezclamos y le agregamos 4 huevos de uno en uno para evitar que genere aire y burbujas. Luego finalizamos simplemente agregando 60 gr de harina con 50 gr nueces o manies.
We floured and buttered a mold, and pay attention here, because we made a serious mistake: Put a parchment paper on the base, or aluminum foil, or normal paper with a lot of butter, the cooking is 20-25 minutes in a strong oven. After that time we remove it, let it cool to room temperature, let it cool in the refrigerator and unmold. Our mistake was that we didn't do any of that, we left it in the oven for a long time and unmolded it the next day, well we didn't really "unmold" it because we were never able to completely remove it from the mold.
Enharinamos y enmantecamos un molde, y prestame atencion aquí, porque nosotros cometimos un grave error: Colocale un papel manteca en la base, o papel aluminio, o papel normal con mucha manteca, la coccion es de 20-25 minutos en un horno fuerte. Transcurrido ese tiempo lo retiramos, dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente, dejamos enfriar en heladera y desmoldamos. Nuestro error fue que no hicimos nada de eso, lo dejamos en el horno durante mucho tiempo y lo desmoldamos al dia siguiente, bueno en realidad no lo "desmoldamos" porque jamas pudimos sacarlo por completo del molde.
Here I got quite frustrated because I had already made this recipe on previous occasions but I had never taken the time to take photos of the procedure, and the recipe always turns out excellent, the unmolding had never been a problem. I was very angry with the situation, but I also realized that I was making a lot of drama just because the final photo would not look very aesthetic, so I took a knife and unmolded it, breaking all the brownie in the process.
Acá me frustré bastante porque ya habia realizado ésta receta en ocaciones anteriores pero nunca me habia tomado el tiempo de tomar fotos del procedimiento, y siempre la receta sale excelente, el desmolde jamas habia sido un problema. Estaba muy enojada con la situacion, pero tambien me di cuenta que estaba haciendo mucho drama solo porque no se veria muy estetica la foto final, asi que tomé un cuchillo y desmoldé haciendo mucha fuerza rompiendo todo el brownie en el proceso.
And while it got pretty messed up in the process, guys, the result was delicious. A super moist brownie, with a slight smell of weed but a flavor present, mixed with the cocoa was a 10/10. We ate a lot to tell you the truth, because it was delicious, and then I felt a bit worried because I didn't know how powerful the effect was going to be. But it was an excellent trip, in the company of my friend, we laughed a lot, we continued to eat a lot. We almost finished all the brownies that day!
Y si bien se destrozó bastante en el proceso, muchachos el resultado era delicioso. Un brownie super humedo, con un leve olor a maria pero un sabor presente, mezclado con el cacaó era un 10/10. Comimos bastante a decir verdad, porque estaba delicioso, y luego me sentí un poco preocupada porque no sabia que tan potente iba a ser el efecto. Pero fue un excelente viaje, en compañia de mi amigo, nos reimos un monton, seguimos comiendo un monton. Casi que nos acabamos todo el brownie ese dia!
After an afternoon eating "crazy brownie" as we say here in Argentina, this was my face, in case you had any doubts that cannabis had an effect!

One thing is forsure, mistakes will happen time to time, so cool that it did for this post since you would of not have people a heads up about the parchment paper if it had went perfect.
That brownie does look moist! I really think that cannabis taste in edibles is a delicacy.
