yes the swap wax can be sent to wax wallet and visa versa, I'm actually looking into providing liquidity to hive wax exchanges on https://tribaldex.com/dieselpools/pools if not popular enough to profit from liquidity I plan to check into Hive engine as much as possible because its a P2P exchange meaning the users set the price if and when the market fluctuates either selling WAX on hive engine can be lucrative or buying it depending on the current price and market listing price at the time. Not only does WAX price fluctuate differently then the actual market but all tokens n Hive engine do Splinterlands assets that have been tokenized have the highest profit margin on average being able to rapidly switch from Hive to WAX or vice versa gives you access to both markets which are controlled by P2P pricing just observing the two can make you money now quicker then before thanks to Hive. engine
As for Wombat wallet yes I would recommend it for EOS NFTs like the ones earned through womplay it works well with EOS Atomic Hub & is fairly easy to set up.
