worm manure with earthen and water they get. I wouldn't know how to add nitrogen. I've seen aerosol cans but I'm only a small tent and I believe that stuff is also dangerous because it can force air out of your lungs. Now I don't know if this is the same stuff but you know I'm happy the way it goes
