Sampling these BC God Buds, they seem like regular God Buds to me, nice. US law makers failed to add Safe Banking for Cannabis to the recent Omnibus bill that was passed, not nice.

Cannabis Banking Not in USA Omnibus Bill
Many USA states and territories have legalized cannabis for recreational and/or medicinal use, but cannabis is still Federally illegal in USA. Without federal legalization, the cannabis sector has not had access to banking - creating large amounts of cash on hand difficulties, and making it harder to move money and secure financing. Secure banking for cannabis failed to make it's way into the recently passed USA Omnibus Bill.

Despite more states and countries being on the path to legalization and the population viewing it as recreational like alcohol, companies with insider information are not counting on Federal legalization for at least 10 years (Source: Yahoo! Finance).
Unfortunately, I agree that we won't see true legalization for quite a few more years, but we have made awesome progress on that front in my opinion!
Luckily I do live in a state where it is both medically and recreationally legal, so I don't have too much to worry about there, but I still hope to see it accepted and legalized worldwide!

Thanks, it sounds like your state is doing it right, unfortunately the fed is making it more difficult and potentially more dangerous. Almost half the states have legalized recreational cannabis, and it makes sense that the fed gov wouldn't move to federally legalize before more than half the states have already made the move - that will be a glorious day :)
While our state isn't the best with our current laws, it still could be worse! And yes, I agree that federal regulations and stipulations will make it a lot more dangerous.
I've heard that most growers have to submit their bud to radiation testing to kill off foreign contaminates of any sort. Which, I understand wanting to ensure the products in dispensaries are chemically safe for public use, but utilizing radiation can't be the only way to do it, let alone the safest.
This is personally why I don't trust most dispensaries..while the bud is "high quality", you're getting what the government tells us is "high-quality", and we all know how that goes!! 🙃
But, it will still be a glorious day to see the legalization of a plant that should never have been made illegal in the first place! Then hopefully we will see home growing more normalized as well! 💚

Officially illegal here so I can only admire from afar.
Hopefully it won't always be illegal so many places, a shame to see smokers going to jail for it.
