Funny enough, seeds were never illegal in Canada and freely sold before the plant was legalized, they even sold hemp seeds at the bulk food store for food consumption. Lots of other seed banks to choose from too, it's a Canadian tradition. Being able to legally grow your own I find to be a key part of cannabis 'legalization', or else it would only be some 'licensed' cannabis company profiting from something nature created. Most places in US and Canada the people can legally grow their own tobacco or brew their own beer or wine for personal consumption too, I'll take that as a precedent :)

Governments love having Power, Regulations and Control... How else would they be able to profit if everyone started Growing Their Own...??? As if we don't already pay enough Taxes...
