No kief. I hack the plant and freeze it fresh. After 24 hours or more in the freezer I wash it in ice water and run it through bubble bags. I keep the 45-159 micron (normally) for pressing into rosin and save 160-189 for smoking.
Run it through a freeze dryer and then press it.
