Hello Afri-tunes community and my beautiful friends, I hope this meets you in a happy mood and if not I hope this makes you feel better. For my entry for the 32 week, I have chosen one of the songs selected by the community because I always find it hard to know which song to present, hehe. Yes, I chose the afro beat song by Burna Boy titled common person.
I chose this song because of the meaning I read to it. Looking at the lyrics and the mood of the Burna boy, I got that "I don't care" feeling, yeah, he doesn't care about how better it appears you are compares to him but he was certain that he has a role just like the next man and none is less important or too important. We all have a part to play and as long as we play that part we are good to go.
Also he sends a feeling of being contented no matter what happens, whether or not you might be a common person, that shouldn't not be a stumbling block to your happiness. Sometimes when we see the situation we are in, we tend to be sad and ungrateful but here I feel like Burna boy was trying to send the message that whatever or where ever we find ourselves we should be thankful. He portrayed the picture of one of the poor jobs to do here in Nigeria but yet he made us understand that despite the job one does, being happy is a choice.
The song is not a long song but it carries a really beautiful message fir me and I hope you enjoy it. Please don't hesitate to leave your comments and funny thoughts, lolz.

Para mi entrada de la semana 32, he elegido una de las canciones seleccionadas por la comunidad porque siempre me cuesta saber qué canción presentar, jeje. Sí, elegí la canción afro beat de Burna Boy titulada common person.
Elegí esta canción por el significado que leí. Mirando la letra y el estado de ánimo del chico Burna, entendí que no me importa sentir, sí, a él no le importa lo mejor que parece que eres en comparación con él, pero estaba seguro de que tiene un papel como el próximo hombre y ninguno es menos importante o demasiado importante. Todos tenemos un papel que desempeñar y, mientras lo hagamos, estamos listos para continuar.
También envía un sentimiento de estar contento sin importar lo que pase, seas o no una persona común, eso no debería ser un obstáculo para tu felicidad. A veces, cuando vemos la situación en la que nos encontramos, tendemos a estar tristes y desagradecidos, pero aquí siento que Burna boy estaba tratando de enviar el mensaje de que, donde sea o donde sea que nos encontremos, debemos estar agradecidos. Retrató la imagen de uno de los malos trabajos para hacer aquí en Nigeria, pero nos hizo entender que a pesar del trabajo que uno hace, ser feliz es una elección.
La canción no es muy larga, pero tiene un mensaje realmente hermoso para mí y espero que la disfruten. Por favor, no dude en dejar sus comentarios y pensamientos divertidos, lolz.
