Adele For #ttt

in AFRI-TUNESlast year (edited)

It's another week and I'm happy to share my top songs of the week. Adele has been one of my top singers from time immemorial, she has powerful vocals, at the same time a soothing voice. Her songs carry great meanings alongside lessons, so I would want to share with you three of my top musics of Adele.

Number one on my list is…

Set Fire To The Rain-This song is from her 21 album and it explores themes of love, betrayal, and pain. Her intimate song with a touch of vulnerability revolves around a relationship that isn't what it seems and the heartbreak, emotional turmoil that comes when the relationship comes to an end.
The lyrics also talks about the need to break free from such relationships that have caused us pain in the past. As we live our lives, the song could be a reminder that any heartbreak we face from family, relationships, friendships cannot change the past, but we can use it as a pushing force for transformation and self-discovery.

Next on my list is…

Someone Like You- Another of Adele's iconic songs in her 21 album, that centers on heartbreak. It talks about the pain of seeing someone you once loved, moving on and loving someone else and the pain of letting go. In Adele's lyrics, she talks about how their past love was meant to last longer, but destiny had other plans.
The vocals are raw and the instrumental performance is top-notch.

Finally

Hello- While Adele is a singer known for her poignant love laments, she has other songs that focus on making peace, reflection and Hello is one of them. Hello revolves around regrets, making up, reaching out after years of being distant to a friend, lover, family, or one’s younger self. The song talks about regrets one may have over years, either to a part of yourself or someone else, and the wish to reconnect and apologize.
Hello resonates deeply with anyone who wants to right their wrongs and remind them that sometimes they could heal on their own because we can't force someone to respond to one’s pleas.

Thank you @ablaze for this wonderful initiative
