It's December, and this time around for week 93 there's a special edition with a Christmas contest going on alongside the usual weekly entries.... So I'm here with this entry for Afri-Christmas. A big shout out to all who have sent in all them amazing entries so far. Lots of Christmas songs we know and some new. I'm just here to add some spice with my little presentation.
I really like this initiative, we should celebrate Christmas and have joy in any way we can. No let anybody oppress you o, as you no get snow at least you get village to go, we might not have Santa but we've got Jesus the Christ tho 😀. Abi how you see am?.... I was also glad to see the post about Afri-Christmas because I have had this song just existing in my head alone. If not for limitations due to finance and other stuff I for don enter studio run am this period already but I'm glad to at least be able to share it with you. 😊
So the song as it's name implies, just talks about the reason for the season, the gift that keeps on giving. In the midst of all the flexing, festivities, the Santa claus and Christmas songs that have nothing to do with Jesus, it's good to always remember why we celebrate.... So here's my Afrobeat Christmas (afri-christmas 😃) song. I had fun finally singing it out and making this entry, I hope you enjoy it and it blesses you.
