On missing flour:
I haven't been able to find King Arthur Unbleached Flour anywhere. Every single morning I make the kids chocolate chip pancakes. Yes, EVERY morning. I have a mildly Autistic 8 year old who refuses to eat anything else for breakfast... except on Saturday's when she enjoys her Pork Roll, Egg, and Cheese on a Roll from the local bagel store.
After trying several flours, King Arthur definitely has something above the rest, IMO. But now it seems to be gone off the shelves. We're making do with other brands of bleached flour "blah!" ... but that's all I could find. Luckily the stores around us still have flour... and, of course, you are welcome to stop by for a cup or two of what I have. or maybe even chocolate chip pancakes.
