RE: Emergency Response and Basic First Aid Instructions to Senior High School Students

in WorkLife2 years ago

Sorry for the very late reply po, now lang nagkatime maghalungkat ng previous blogs. I think, it's allowed naman na even non-nursing ang course since Medics aren't part of the elements of the squad naman sa formation kapag may NSTP, under po siya sa clinic but you were still graded under sa NSTP if 1st year ka pa lang.

And yes po, emergency response and basic first is now included sa nstp and drrr subject of senior high school. If you still want to experience this kind of training po, you can look for som non-profit rescue organization in your place. In our place, meron kami Amity and Chinese Chamber that provides free training, ang Red Cross po di siya free. I'm just not sure kung andiyan din sila sa place niyo. Yung training org ko kasi RR1, di rin po free.

I was a basic then advance officer at that time, and yung mga Medic saamin kasali parin sa formation, even the OP (not sure sa name hehe), para sa mga instructions coming from the batcom before and after the class with the designated tactical officer. Every time may hinimatay, sisigaw ng Medic. Tapos usually mga nursing student or may Red Cross training. But that was before (years ago). hehe

I'm currently residing sa Cebu City maybe there's one since Metro. Will check if meron bang mga free training. And that's good to hear na it's now included sa curriculum.
