Each of us here has different kinds of work and faces various struggles every day. It's very challenging, and a lot of people say how can you survive your work? And I said, if you truly enjoy and love what you're doing you will survive. Don't mind those people who drag you down because no one can do that. Just stay resilient and believe in your abilities, always focus on your goals, and surround yourself with positive influence. And don't forget to push yourself to try harder because learning every day is the best way to improve yourself.
I started work when I was 18 and now I'm 22 I experienced different companies and environments. I have been working in Business Process Outsourcing or what we call the BPO industry for 3 years and counting. The workplace was located at IT park, Cebu City. The name of the company is Salesrain BPO Inc. The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry involves contracting out various business-related operations and processes to third-party service providers. These processes can include customer support, technical support, sales, data entry, finance and accounting, human resources, and more.
I am excited to share the enriching journey I've embarked on as a customer service at Sales Rain Inc. My focus lies primarily in nurturing the ECLAT health solution account within the dynamic healthcare industry. It is distinguished by its commitment to delivering exceptional business process outsourcing services. Working as a Customer Service and Support Representative, I am responsible for tasks, reaching out to individuals through outbound calls but also answering inbound inquiries on our services to provide prompt and accurate answers to all questions. In essence, I must be able to clearly explain the features and benefits of our services in a way that requires a deep understanding of what we offer as well as how they meet the needs of our target clients. Additionally, to simply attract new clients, I am deeply involved in nurturing customer relationships, which involves following up with leads, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients throughout their journey with us.
During my tenure at Sales Rain, Inc., every interaction and every campaign has been a stepping stone toward personal and professional growth. I remain committed to delivering exceptional results in the future. Every day brings an opportunity for innovation, exploring new possibilities, and pushing the limits of what can achieved. I take the opportunities ahead with great excitement and anticipation, trusting our collective ability to move forward for a better future.
My duty is at the graveyard shift. Challenging, right? But I had to do it to gain experience. And day by day, I started to discover new characters inside me. Working night shift can be hard, but finding little ways to keep yourself going is important. For me, that means nourishing in a refreshing iced choco like Dunkin' Donuts, Uncle Brew, or Don Macchiato. Their affordable prices make it easier to treat myself sometimes. When it comes to battling fatigue sleeping at day and wake up in night is not normal for our sleeping routine. So, snacking or eating some delicious food and healthy food in the office helps keep me alert, and focused during those long nights when you know food is life. It's all about finding those moments of joy and sustainment to power through each shift.
Also, My work office is my second home. I am very excited to go to work every day. My workmates, friends, and bosses play a huge role in making my job easier and more comfortable. Yes, sometimes I am pressured which makes me feel disappointed especially those days when I am the trustworthy person in the team and I need to handle every mistake and every difficult situation to solve each problem that we encounter and the quota as well. However, The laughter, jokes, and Chika with my colleagues make the tired shifts feel lighter and more enjoyable. It's like having a little break from the grind, and it helps us bond and build strong relationships while we work. In addition, having understanding people around you who are there to help each other as a team or offer a word of encouragement to each person can make all the difference during those tough days. Then, a positive and expansive work environment fostered by management creates a sense of belonging and motivation to do my best or our best to meet the expectations of our heads. When you feel valued and supported by the people around you and think about your work-life balance, it makes the work challenges more manageable and sustainable. With the right people you grow everyday.
They say that everything you experience in life will surely give you the best lessons, and one of the most significant changes I embraced recently is working for my growth in my career and self-discovery. Little by little, I have started gaining a lot since then. Life's been full of twists and turns, but how we respond to them sets us apart. Let's embrace the unexpected, roll with the punches, and keep moving forward with unwavering determination.
Even when work gets busy, it's important to remember the things that make life enjoyable. I always have time for myself and spend time with family, doing things I love, and focusing on my studies as a full-time student. It's all about finding the right balance between work and personal life to stay happy and fulfilled.
To all my fellow night shift warriors, I say this: you are stronger and more resilient than you know. Keep pushing through, keep chasing your dreams, and never forget the incredible impact you're making, even in the darkest hours of the night. Always fighting until our tables turn and experience genuine things in life.
