Hola querida comunidad, un gusto estar por acá y dejar este post hablando sobre mis días de trabajo, los cuales tienden hacer iguales jeje, pero gracias a Dios logro trabajar desde casa y eso ayuda hacer varias cosas, pero hay días como hoy en el que se puede variar la situación, ya que comúnmente se reparte en dos partes en la noche y en la madrugada debido a que dependo de que otros trabajen para yo poder armar mi información.

Es un trabajo en el cual diario debo extraer información y al mismo tiempo otorgarla a los demás, justificar las tardanzas que tenga o estar detrás de cada uno y visualizar que hagan todo correctamente, soy Asistente administrativo, como dije antes trabajo de forma remota con una empresa peruana, me encargo de revisar la información que los trabajadores de campo suministran en una plataforma para poder armar cuadros referentes a la información que ellos manejan.

Es una empresa de préstamos, donde se evalúa la cobranza, renovación y morosidad de sus clientes hacia como de los asesores en cuanto a su motivación y compromiso para realizar las actividades, minimizar las morosidades ingresando nuevos clientes, evaluándolos, considerando lo bueno y malo que hay en la ruta, que es lo que deben hacer, en cada paso que dan deben tenerlo presente y ser meditado correctamente para evitar que a final de mes se vean perjudicados en los descuentos presentado.

También evaluó su compromiso a llegar temprano a oficina, es algo importante para crear orden, a través de la plataforma WhatsApp envían su ubicación en tiempo real para controlar ello y manejar un informe al respecto, a veces es monótono hacer lo mismo, pero siempre surge algo nuevo, como hoy que me toco hacer investigación de un trabajo aparte sobre personal que contiene información en redes sociales actuales y originales, este lo hago como otro aporte económico y apoyo a un amigo.

Cada experiencia laboral es diferente, antes de esto tuve varias algunas en campo, pero en verdad me gusta y prefiero así de esta manera ya que me permite estar en casa pendiente de mi pequeño, de mi mamá enferma, de salir hacer las compras del hogar o ayudar en lo que se necesite sin descuidar lo que uno hace, sin poder salir adelante y generar nuevas formas de vivir más cómodo y ayudar al bienestar del hogar.

Cada momento laboral se aprecia, aunque a pesar de estar remoto estresan sobre todo cuando tienes que repetir las cosas como si no se entendieran, pero bueno algo que pasa y se aprende poco a poco.

It is a job in which I have to extract information daily and at the same time give it to others, justify the delays I have or be behind each one and visualize that they do everything correctly, I am an administrative assistant, as I said before I work remotely with a Peruvian company, I am in charge of reviewing the information that field workers provide on a platform to be able to assemble tables relating to the information they handle.

It is a lending company, where the collection, renewal and delinquency of its clients are evaluated, as well as the advisors' motivation and commitment to carry out the activities, minimize delinquencies by entering new clients, evaluating them, considering the good and bad that is on the road, what they should do, in each step they take they should keep in mind and be meditated correctly to avoid that at the end of the month they are harmed in the discounts presented.

He also evaluated their commitment to arrive early to the office, it is something important to create order, through the WhatsApp platform they send their location in real time to control it and manage a report about it, sometimes it is monotonous to do the same thing, but something new always comes up, like today that I had to do research for a separate work on personnel that contains information on current and original social networks, this I do as another economic contribution and support a friend.

Every work experience is different, before this I had several in the field, but I really like and prefer this way because it allows me to be at home taking care of my little one, my sick mother, to go out to do the household shopping or help in whatever is needed without neglecting what one does, without being able to get ahead and generate new ways to live more comfortably and help the welfare of the household.
