I was don't a lot of search and read and I narrow down to 2 between the one you used and the Openshot I choose. The footprint for OpenShot is smaller and I chose that as I'm not looking for something fancy. Just to piece different videos together with different tracks but I did check and make sure they could to video in video though I never tried that yet.
