I need to do more Yoga. With my adrenal fatigue, I need to avoid exercises and workouts that will exert my energy because it will deplete it, but strength building exercises and yoga is good in short sessions. I've begun doing neck exercises and basic yoga breathing several times a week (the goal is to do that every day). It allows me to release tension in my neck muscles. I can get very tense. Yoga helps with the back especially. These days, we're wearing in a new mattress so until it gets soft, it's too hard. Ugh.
