
This is a 1 v 1 light run today after lifting. Me facing a senior in high school that is finishing up his football season. He is a running back for his high school but hasn't been on the court much all season. My handles needed some work as well. I won both games. My shot efficiency wasn't as good as I need it to be and this is me at 225lb in a lifting bulk. When I cut to 205lb I'm so much faster and lighter on my feet.
I'm thinking about becoming a basketball content creator / influencer. I don't like doing all the editing and you almost need someone else filming you with a rig.
