Real World Assets have had a hard time becoming a major narrative largely because of the unknowns of potential regulations but also most returns outside crypto don't appreciate like crypto assets can appreciate so the returns aren't exciting. Personally the only thing I can really come up with is high volume fix and flip / property development using hard money loans to generate revenue to go back into stack more crypto or sponsoring a big social media engagement push where a crew of people go out and mine gold on public land so it doesn't cost anything for the mining rights and then sell the gold for more crypto and also use the revenue generated from the social media engagement to buy more of the crypto. Tough sell but people would tune in to see if the crew was finding gold and what it totaled up to. The Gold Rush shows have been popular over the years and now gold prices are way up.
