The home-made counter top is almost ready to finish and I haven't yet decided whether I am going to use epoxy or polyurethane to seal and protect the wood. In this video I discuss the pros and cons of each method.

We use a geci friendly food grade oil that hardens... we do have to recoat every 2 years though..
