No matter how much we oppose new traditions, in the end we have to accept them. When we enter a new environment, during that time the circumstances are not favorable at all. We have to reinvent ourselves in that situation. Sometimes such a situation comes that the mind wants to leave that environment, but if our circumstances do not allow us to do so. When I came here 10 years ago, seeing the tradition here, I did not feel like living here at all, but due to my job, I had to stay here and adapt to the conditions here. A similar situation is being faced at this time. Till now no laptop or tablet has been provided by the department, yet all the feeding, all online process is being completed through own device. Initially it was opposed but gradually we got accustomed to this situation. Today we are using our own data, time and equipment. Certainly the circumstances are not the same. Time has changed, environment has changed and accordingly we have to change too.
