Naaaah I think it's easy via bittrex. blocktrades was just so easy because they are part of hive :D
DTube forum is postponed and there are no news about the next dates because we still have no idea when the situation will change unfortunately.. It will happen as adverted but the date is still not sure. We hope to do it this year in the early fall but who knows if europeans can travel then :/
