How to burns calories without Gym?

Hello,
I do some yoga everyday and during doing this suddenly thought to make a video hence there could be some lacking but surely i will improve in next video.

I follow Baba Ramdev (Yog Guru steps mostly) and have felt the good effects you can also try and feel the good effects.

1. In first section i am chant OM repeatedly at least 20 to 30 times, but in this video count is less you can understand why. After doing this you can concentrate yourself. If the chant is proper then you can feel some activity inside navel portion of body.

2. In second section i am getting air oxygen and powerfully then also flow out in same speed, it helps us to burn calories if there is no gym activity. Try once at least 30 times and feel the goodness. It is very beneficial in current pandemic situation.

3. In third section i have closed my eye and ears through fingers and pretending to chant OM sound but OM sound not getting out because mouth is close and also their is no air flow out from nose also therefore everything is vibrating our brain from inside. It helps to clear any stress in mind or any blockage.

4. In last section i am doing Lom Vilom a popular and easy steps to keep calm ourself. I am getting air closing one whole of nose and flowing out from another one.

Nice exercise... I always push my body up to burn the colories

I'm not doing any physical activity for the past one month. Just sitting locked up inside my room. I just realize that I have to do some sort of physical activity every day. Nice work 🙂
