Your DTC Voting Power comes from how much DTC tokens you have in your wallet, and how much it accumulates over time, so 0 will not generate anything as you say, I suggest you post your video with the DTube mobile app as they will send you 0.2 DTC to get you started, and if not you will need to buy some DTUBE coins in Ionomy to start earning.
