As we say in the South, "That'll preach!" Amen to all you said. I read "1984" when I was about 12 (I am now 57) and wondered how a government could ever do all those things. Now, after a lifetime of fighting to stay free, I see the sheep around me and understand how it happened. Sad for you young people. You will have to live longer under tyranny than I will if we lose the fight.
