It's good to hear that your diet is helping you so much, that's pretty much been my diet for the last few years with some added avocados and greens. Good luck with the coffee man, that's a tough one!
I still haven't tried going off to actual fresh stuff yet. It just seems way more convenient to go to a super market with my lack of time. Maybe I'll get around to it one day.
