One thing I did notice I wanted to mention. I couldn't understand what you were saying in the video. Also, you kept rubbing your head with your hands. That's a distraction for the viewer as they follow your hands, eyes, and every movement. Your words are what you want your audience to focus on.

If you want to be viewed as a professional, then you have to plan these things. Take some time to make sure you know what you want to say. Then say it where people can understand. If you truly understand what an ambassador is, then you'll know you are saying you represent something. If that something is going to be Hive, then you have to represent it well, and in a professional manner.
One other thing. The selfies with your shirt off. Not a professional look. Do you realize in the real offline world, potential employers look to how you conduct yourself online as to whether you meet their guidelines of professional conduct of an employee. I know for a fact that individuals have been denied positions and fired from positions because of what they say and do on social media.
