Aloo Gobi Masala Recipe Restaurant Style. Aloo Gobi Masala is a popular and one most delicious vegetarian curries. Ingredients :
Peeled Potatoes (छीले हुए आलू ) - 3 (300 gms )
Cauliflower Floret (फूलगोभी ) - 300 gms
Tomatoes (टमाटर ) - 2 (200 gms )
Ginger (अदरक ) - 1/2 Inch piece
Green Chilies (हरी मिर्च ) - 2
Oil (तेल ) - 1/2 Cup
Green Coriander (हरा धनिया ) - 2 to 3 tbsp ( finely chopped)
Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) 1 Tbs
Salt ( नमक )
Onion ( प्याज ) 1
Ginger Garlic Paste ( अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट )
How to make Party style Aloo Gobhi
Take peeled potato, kept in water. Cut into pieces. Wash cauliflower florets as well.
Turn on flame, heat a pan, add onion fry for 2 mint.
Add Ginger garlic paste fry for 1 mint.
4- Add tomato cook for 2 mints.
5-Add tomato- green chili - ginger paste to masala. Add red chili powder, coriander powder. Roast the spices, till oil separates from it.
6- Add potatoes, cauliflower stir. . add water 2 glass Cover and cook it for 15 minutes then stir it. Keep flame minimum.Sumptuous Party style Gobhi Aloo Sabzi is ready.Take out the sabzi in a bowl and relish with your meal.
