In this video I show how to draw the figure using the 'envelope method'. This method is part of the block in stage right at the start of figure drawing. By sketching an accurate 'envelope' shape initially specifically for your figure to fit into, you train your eye to truly see what it is you are drawing, and it also aids the artist in getting correct proportion and accuracy. There are many benefits of this technique, I reveal some of them in the video.
