USA Homeland Security has said to have two weeks of food in the home. Quarantines in China lasted over a month. Start the clock for Italy. Its almost certian that waiting until there is a lock down to buy essentials will be too late.
Those that did not start to purchase reasonable items in January will likely find themselves without.
