I kind of vaguely recall something about dtube using a method where only other people can add tags to a post, if you visit someone else's video and have the option to add tags to it maybe that's it?

Strange way to promote video, my friend, because there are lots of trolls out there and myself is going to add NSFW tag everywhere. Thats how I think I supposed to roll :)
