All sides have been reported as being involved in war crimes. There's no stone left unturned in that regard. You could have a hundred men standing around a woman like that but few if any would do such an atrocious thing. There's only two types of individuals who'd do such a thing, one driven crazy by the lose of a loved one in the violence of war or someone who should have never been allowed to walk the face of the earth to begin with. There's been reports from all sides of disbanding people from these various groups for being to far over the fringe, for the vast majority of people there really is a limit. It's one thing to be forced to defend yourself it's a whole other to do that which was done to this woman.
As a matter of fact it was reported they were incorporated into a policing position. That would be akin to letting the KKK police the subway system of New York.
No there's actually one group in the bunch called the C14, they are reportedly pretty bad, they are also speculated to be operatives of the CIA.
