You have a menu on the 3 dots, and what you see as Add To Blog will read Reblog for you.

Here's the option given to me when on PeakD:
Just the ability to cross post in a community with comments.
Had to find the post on Hive Blog to re-blog.
That is very strange, you are logged in and all that right?
Maybe it's the browser that is at fault.
